Our most maneuverable leveler.
The D20 land-leveler rides on one center axle and the
tractor drawbar. Easy to set, fast, smooth-running,
rugged. Available in various widths and lengths, from
small to large. A bucket can be set inside this
machine, for an angle blade/bucket combination
leveler.
The D20 land-leveler is ideal
for sod farms, smaller row crops, cattle ranches, and
road maintainence.
This versatile machine was
designed for the farmers with smaller tractors,
fields that were small and irregular shaped,
scattered fields with highway travel and the need to
move a little dirt or a lot of dirt.
Features are:
Sizes available: 10', 12', and 14' widths in 32' and
42' lengths.
Trip blades with 1/4 x 4 single
bevel grader blades for working heavier and trashy
ground. With a straight bucket leveler you are
limited to dry trashy ground.
Optional bucket can be
installed in the 10' and 12' widths that can be
worked in conjunction with the angle blades or
separate from the angle blades. This allows in the
correct conditions the operator to move a lot of
dirt.
Patented self leveling spring
loaded cylinder that allows for two inches ground
variation up or down winch allows this style leveler
to actually level instead of floating over the
grounds surface.
The patented axle system allows
the machine to stay level at any height while raising
up and down.
The center axle leveler with 4
each 9.5 x 15 tires allows the machine to be pulled
and backed up like a trailer which makes easy pulling
and storing.
As to the bracing and strength
of the frame there isn't another machine on the
market that will match.
What industry uses this
machine? row, vegetable, sod, cattle, construction,
and recreational developers during construction and
for maintenance.

Leveler moldboards, levee
squeezer blades, combine headers, etc. can be
protected by the addition of
polysheeting/polyplating, cut to fit and bolted on.
This plastic sheet is inexpensive and greatly
increases the life of equipment moldboards. The
plating allows dirt and trash to move down the
moldboards with less drag, which means easier pulling
and less wear and tear on equipment. Headers are
protected from wear. In the case of landlevelers,
depending on the type of soil, farmers are getting
into the fields 1 1/2 to 3 days earlier. Another
benefit is that it eliminates winter maintenance of
having to paint moldboards.
The plating comes in various
thicknesses; some color options are available. Give
us your blade dimensions and we will cut and ship
your polysheeting, for you to bolt onto your
equipment. A cost-effective and money-saving addition
to any product with blades or headers.
